Compensation for Victims of Terrorism

Attorney-General Robert McClelland today introduced a Bill into Parliament containing amendments to the Commonwealth Social Security Act 1991 that will establish an Australian Victims of Terrorism Overseas Payment of up to $75,000 per victim.
